This expert is a professional in psychology or social work who conducts the 730 evaluation. This test is very beneficial, especially when one parent is accused of being a bad parent and it helps prove otherwise. The expert\u2019s evaluation determines with which parent the children should remain, making it easier and clearer for the judge to decide.<\/p><p>A 730 evaluation is a very long process requiring patience. The family will be interviewed many times and progressively supervised by the expert. The expert has great skill in detecting when someone is lying, making the evaluation very beneficial and clear.<\/p><p>These procedures are not cheap.
