Measures we take to protect our SIJS clients during visa delays<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. We immediately request a state court order with SIJS findings to begin the process.<\/li>
  2. We file Form I-360 as soon as possible, ideally the same day, since the filing date determines the place in the visa queue.<\/li>
  3. We remind that there is no limit to the number of I-360 applications that may be submitted.<\/li>
  4. We regularly monitor the Visa Bulletin, generally published around the 15th of each month, to anticipate visa availability and prepare Form I-485.<\/li>
  5. Before filing the I-485, we verify the bulletin of the current month to avoid rejections.<\/li>
  6. If the visa is not current under Table A but is current under Table B, we accelerate the filing of the I-485 to obtain work authorization quickly.<\/li>
