Many of these offenses may be connected to a violation of <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1128\">California Vehicle Code 4463<\/strong>. Some of these include:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1202\">Violations of California Vehicle Code 4463<\/li><li data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1224\">Disabled placards<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1391\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1391\">Forging a disabled person parking placard\u2014meaning a placard issued by the DMV that carries the universal \u201cwheelchair symbol\u201d and grants special parking privileges.<\/p><p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1452\">Passing or attempting to pass something false as genuine.<\/p><p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1628\">Acquiring, possessing, selling, or offering to sell a forged disabled placard as if it were genuine. This constitutes a violation of California Vehicle Code 4463(b) VC.<\/p><p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1863\">The California fraudulent vehicle registration law (Vehicle Code 4463) is what is known as a \u201cwobbler\u201d offense.
